‘Wonder kid’ Thomas Partey returned to training with Arsenal with a bright smile before the clash with FC Porto

In preparation for Wednesday’s pivotal Champions League match, Arsenal got a huge boost on Tuesday morning when Thomas Partey returned to training grounds.

Because of a hamstring injury, the Ghanaian midfielder has been out since October and has missed crucial matches, such as their encounter with Seville.

The fact that Partey is back in training is encouraging news for Arsenal, even though he had a setback in his recuperation and missed their match against Liverpool.

Due to his injury, he was unable to represent Ghana at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. His absence was very noticeable during that tournament.

In advance of their first-leg Champions League match against FC Porto in Portugal, Partey trained with the rest of his colleagues.

The midfielder is raring to go after missing out on Champions League action this year and making his first appearance since October’s match against Manchester City.

Partey is expected to make his return against Porto, giving Arsenal’s midfield a much-needed boost, after making just four appearances for the Gunners so far.

Before Saturday’s Premier League match against Newcastle United, fans would love to see him play again.
